Maria S. Messinger, CPA Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Messinger, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, joined Cortex as Controller in September 1994 and was named Chief Financial Officer in December 1999. Previously, she was an Audit Manager for Ernst & Young LLP, which she joined in August 1989. Ms. Messinger graduated Magna cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, receiving a B.A. in the School of Business Administration and Economics.
